I have been a long time fan of food and cooking. One of the greatest joys in my life is to cook a great meal for family and friends. Everyone is so busy and it's hard to get together so when we do, I always try to make something special. It's a way for me to show that I care. The reason for paleo is that I agree with many of its' tenets and as much as I want those around me to enjoy great food, I want those around me to be healthy. It actually never occurred to me to do anything like this until a good friend, Kami Pham, brought the idea up to me over dinner. I was flattered, intrigued, and hesitant. With the further encouragement of my fiance Andrew, I decided to do this. On this blog, I will share the recipes I enjoy, my thoughts on food and fitness, and my experiences in experimenting with different recipes. Hope you enjoy reading!
